What Beyond Smiles Dental Clinic collects on these pages, and why.
What the callback form collects
- Your name and mobile number.
- The clinic, and the treatment if you choose one.
- How you reached this page: the ad group, the campaign tags in the link, any Google ad click ID, and the page you landed on.
We use your name and number to call you back about your visit. We use the rest to understand which ads bring people to us.
The form is run by Netlify, our website host, which stores what you send so that our team can read it.
Call, WhatsApp and directions clicks
When you tap Call, WhatsApp or Get directions, or send the form, we record that it happened: the clinic, the treatment page, the button, the ad group and whether you came from a Google ad.
These records don't include your phone number, or anything said on a call or chat.
A WhatsApp message goes through WhatsApp, under its own privacy terms. It starts with a short reference, so our front desk knows which clinic and ad it came from. You can see this before you send it.
Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies
These pages use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics and Google Ads. They set cookies and use similar technology to count visits, and to show us whether an ad led to a call, a chat or a form.
We also keep the ad details from your link in your browser until you close the tab, so they stay with you from page to page.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. The pages, and the Call and WhatsApp buttons, still work.
Asking us to delete your data
To ask us to delete the details you sent us, email us. Please include the mobile number you used, so that we can find your request.
